Jacque Mccloy

Jacque has been teaching beginner skaters for over 20 years. Jacque is a former Learn to Skate director and has competed and coached senior-level competitive figure skating.

She first strapped on her skates at only 4 years old and competed as a senior-level figure skater for 14 years. For the last 24 years, Jacque has been coaching figure skaters and hockey players at all levels.

Growing up with brothers who played hockey her love for the sport runs deep. More importantly, she understands the importance of proper skating and how it affects a skater's play. Jacque drills down to the science of skating, utilizing her kinesiology & exercise science bachelor's degree to explain the physics behind the move.

When Jacque is not on the ice, she enjoys her time with her family, including her 5 wonderful children.
