Keyes Skills Clinics

KIIH Development Skates is a program focused on skating technique, quick feet and agility, puck-handling skills, and fun games. Players attending this program will typically participate during the weekday as a supplement to team training. 

Skaters will be grouped by ability and/or age. From time to time, KIIH directors and instructors may use their discretion and put a player in a higher or lower age skills group than originally signed up for to help the formatting, flow of practice, and overall experience and development of the hockey player. 

Focus on essential hockey skills:

• Silky Mitts Stick Handling teaches basic and advanced stickhandling techniques and fundamentals while simulating gameplay situations that players can immediately improve their game.
• G-Force Skate Training focuses on the science & mechanics of skating so each player can feel how the techniques work. Ultimately, the goal is for the player to feel the flow and glide needed to become a world-class skater. 
• Top Cheddar Shot Training provides basic and advanced techniques of a wrist shot & the snapshot. With the focus on shooting to score by improving the power and accuracy of a player's shot. 
• Dangler 1 on 1 Skills focuses on those moments when your skater is on a breakaway or defending a breakaway. Learning proper positioning and point of contact will determine who wins each battle!

There are no refunds or credits granted if you withdraw from this program.
There are no make-up sessions for missed dates. Walk-ins are not allowed.
